REVISON POLICY

The number of revisions available to you is determined by the package you have chosen, and you are entitled to request the exact number of revisions specified in your package specifications. Our primary objective is to deliver exceptional services to our customers, and we are committed to making revisions until we meet your specific requirements. You are not responsible for paying any additional cost if the design principles remain unchanged. Your redesigned design will be delivered to you within 48 hours.

TURN AROUND TIME

NexaForge LLC guarantees a turnaround time of 48-72 hours for the majority of design services. This duration represents solely the time required for a single iteration of the design stage, rather than the overall duration of the entire project. The duration of revisions may vary depending on the type of service, ranging from a minimum of 48 hours to 72 hours. This timeframe corresponds to two working days. For instance:

  • o Logo Orders placed or Revisions Requested on a Monday will be delivered on Wednesday.
  • o Logo Orders made or Revisions Requested on a Friday will be delivered by Tuesday's end of the day.

NexaForge LLC provides a guarantee that a full refund of the payment is provided for all design services. Customers are eligible to receive a full refund of the amount they paid for the service under the following condition:

  • o If you are dissatisfied with the first designs of the logo or the website. You have the option to seek a full refund of 100% for your project.

REFUND POLICY

NexaForge LLC offers a 100% Refund on all its design services. However, it is not an unconditional 100% refund, and certain conditions still apply.

NexaForge LLC Refund Policy will be Void if:
  • o You have chosen a special or a custom package.
  • o The primary design concept (for any service) has been approved.
  • o The Logo has been finalised.
  • o The website has been designed, developed and deployed live.
  • o You have demanded revisions.
  • o The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the project.
  • o The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks.
  • o Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
  • o Other company or designer has been approached for the same project.
  • o The creative brief is lacking in required information.
  • o A complete design change has been demanded.
  • o The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time span.
  • o The business is closing or changing name or business.
  • o Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
    • o The client may be entitled to claim 40% of the refund after discussion with their Project Manager.
    • o The refund approval will be at discretion of NexaForge LLC Management.
    • o Management's decision on the matter will be final.
  • o If a client subscribes for a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, refund will only be applicable on that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle
  • o Cancellations of orders prior to project initiation due to reasons unrelated to the design service itself for any number of reasons will be subjected to a 33% cancellation administrative fee.

Note:NexaForge LLC possess the authority to decline any project or terminate the contract at their discretion. Upon receiving the return, you will forfeit all rights to utilize the designs for any reason, as they will become the exclusive property of NexaForge LLC. The corporation shall possess the legitimate ownership of the designs.

No reimbursements will be provided for services that are not directly related to design services, regardless of the circumstances. Our 100% money back promise does not apply to them. If the service is obtained as part of a bundled offer, it cannot be utilized to seek a refund for the entire package. Here are some examples of such services:

  • o Website Domain Purchase
  • o Website & Emails Hosting Services
  • o Website SSL Certificates
  • o Website Maintenance Plans

  • o Social Media Marketing
  • o Google Adwords Campaigns

In instances where services are not eligible for a full refund under the 100% satisfaction guarantee, the management at NexaForge LLC may opt to provide a partial refund to the client after reviewing the project.

CLAIM YOUR REFUND

To claim your refund, please follow the following steps

Upon receipt of your refund request, we will promptly react to it. Once the necessary investigation is finished, we will commence the return procedure in accordance with our aforementioned refund policy.

If you wish to cancel a project before it has started for a reason unrelated to the service itself, you must submit a refund request within 24 hours of placing the purchase in order to obtain a complete refund. If you fail to do so, you will incur a service fee charge if you request a cancellation after the first 24 hours.

Upon receipt of your reimbursement, you shall relinquish all rights to any designs submitted by NexaForge LLC, unless there is a mutual agreement between the company and the customer, as confirmed in written communication. The information will be submitted to the Government Copyright Agencies for Copyright Acquisition in order to ensure legal compliance.

  • o The complete order will be sent to the specified account on the date stated in the Order Confirmation, and a confirmation email will also be sent.
  • o The turnaround time will depend on the package, with a minimum time required of 2 business days.
  • o Websites will only be made live once all dues have been cleared. Under no circumstances will a website be made live if any dues are outstanding.

DESIGN OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

All finalized designs provided by NexaForge LLC are completed upon the client's written request for finalization. Upon finalization, the client receives all the core files of the logo and owns 100% of the rights to the logo.

  • o The client shall own the final design provided by NexaForge LLC in its entirety.
  • o All finalized design ownership rights will belong to the client.
  • o The client is free to use the finalized design as they see fit.
  • o The client shall not, however, own any materials, media, or other content generated during the revision cycles leading up to the final product.

CONTENT CREATION & POPULATION

NexaForge LLC will not be responsible for creating or populating content (e.g., text/images) on the website unless purchased exclusively otherwise. In such cases:

Content Creation and Population:

  • o NexaForge LLC will create and populate the website with content specifically tailored for the client's website.

Image Population:

  • o NexaForge LLC will acquire stock imagery from stock photo websites for the client.
  • o Images will be purchased upon approval from the client.
  • o NexaForge LLC will not be responsible in any way, shape, or form for any similarities between images used on the site that may resemble those on other websites.

Product Population:

  • o The client will provide product images and product details for the population on the website.

N.D.A. & REPUTATION MANAGEMENT POLICY

  • o NexaForge LLC maintains strict confidentiality and does not disclose customer information, including project details and contact information, to any third parties. The client's personal and project information is strictly kept secret at all times.
  • o After the job has been effectively completed, both NexaForge LLC and the Client mutually agree not to deliberately defame or degrade each other over any matters that arise after the completion of the project.
  • o Upon successful completion of the project. Each Party agrees to abstain from making any defamatory remarks, whether directly or indirectly, about the Client (and, in the case of the Company, its employees, officers, directors, agents, consultants, affiliates, investors, or business partners). NexaForge LLC will make reasonable efforts to ensure that its officers and directors also refrain from making such comments.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

NexaForge LLC maintains a comprehensive archive of completed designs to ensure that in the event of any misplaced orders, you will receive the precise file.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

The Customer Support Team is available in the office from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM GMT, to address any concerns or inquiries you may have via telephone. Any inquiries made outside of business hours should be sent via email through the Team Works Account area by the customer. These inquiries will be addressed on the next working day.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY

NexaForge LLC is primarily a provider of design services and design advice. We will create and build the specific services required by the client. At times, our packages and services may include technical components aimed at assisting clients with their websites and emails. NexaForge LLC will furnish the client with fundamental information concerning the services offered and the necessary configurations to ensure their functionality. NexaForge LLC will not assume responsibility for delivering comprehensive training or doing installations of the aforementioned services on the Customer's side. Such services may encompass a wide range of options, including but not restricted to:

  • o Website Deployment
  • o NexaForge LLC will deploy the website for the customer on 
  • o A Hosting server provided by us. 
  • o Hosting Service provided by NexaForge LLC is a free service provided to the client as an added feature without any cost. It is acquired from a Third Party Service provider . 
  • o A Hosting server provided by the customer (purchased from a Third Party)  
  • o In the event the website is hosted on third party webserver purchased by the customer, NexaForge LLC will not be held responsible for any kind of server or hosting related issues. 

There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) between client and NexaForge LLC in terms of technical assistance or service outage, unless purchased separately as an ongoing maintenance service.

Website Content Management System (CMS: Content Management System)

  • o NexaForge LLC will provide the customer with a user manual to use the Website CMS (Content Management System).
  • o NexaForge LLC will not be responsible for training the client in the said Website CMS (Content Management System).

Emails Setup

  • o NexaForge LLC will be providing the customer with the necessary settings and information to install the emails on their end.
  • o NexaForge LLC will not be responsible for installing said emails onto the customer end.
  • o NexaForge LLC will not be responsible for providing technical support or assistance in troubleshooting errors on email usage as all our emails are on open servers and accessible by all service providers.

NexaForge LLC will not be held responsible in any way for customers' failure to execute, install or learn to use the above-said services, as the responsibilities for those lie on the customer's end.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

  • o Emails Sent back and forth through official emails, that is ...Info@NexaForge LLC designexperts.com, are only considered valid communication.
  • o We are not responsible for any damages, issues or delays caused by contacts made through means of communication not provided by us.
  • o We take full responsibility of all the information provided through our official domains.

The representatives may use the pseudo names depending on which region they are interacting in order to facilitate and do a better communication with our customers because we deal in the global market.

Email & Mobile Phone Policy
